Watching our residents build independence and reclaim their trajectory has been one of the most rewarding endeavors of our lives. Yet, as we worked within this space, we recognized another urgent, underserved need.

We continually crossed paths with a different demographic with backgrounds similar to ours, as the founders: established executives, business owners, and seasoned professionals whose lives look vastly different from those just starting out. Situated across 33 private acres in unincorporated Ellis County near Italy, Texas, Ironwood bridges the gap between total autonomy and an intensive, full-range recovery experience.
