OUR PROGRAM
Recovery is a deeply personal journey, unique to each individual. Just as no two people share the same life experiences, triggers, and coping mechanisms, their paths to sobriety will also differ. Recognizing this, we offer custom-tailored approaches, designed to meet the specific needs of each person. These personalized programs acknowledge the complexity of addiction and offer a comprehensive, adaptable framework that significantly enhances the chances of successful long-term recovery.

Understanding Individual Needs

The cornerstone of a custom-tailored recovery program is the recognition that each person's journey to sobriety is as unique as their journey into addiction. Factors such as genetic predisposition, psychological health, personal history, and social environment all play critical roles in how substance use disorders develop and manifest. By thoroughly assessing these factors, recovery specialists can design a treatment plan that addresses the root causes of addiction, rather than merely treating its symptoms.

Personalized Assessment and Planning

A personalized recovery program begins with an in-depth assessment of the individual's physical, mental, and social needs. This comprehensive evaluation includes a detailed exploration of the individual’s personal history and current circumstances.

Based on this assessment, a tailored recovery plan is developed. The flexibility of a personalized plan ensures that it can evolve as the individual progresses through different stages of recovery.

Family Involvement and Support
One of the critical components of a custom-tailored recovery program is the involvement of the individual's family. As previously highlighted, family support is vital in the recovery process. Personalized programs often include family therapy sessions, educational workshops, and support groups to help family members understand addiction and learn how to support their loved one effectively. By fostering a supportive and understanding home environment, these programs help individuals feel valued and motivated to maintain their sobriety.

Ongoing Support and Aftercare
Recovery does not end when an individual completes a stay at Elements. Custom-tailored recovery programs emphasize the importance of ongoing support and aftercare. This might include continued coaching sessions, participation in support groups, and access to community resources. A personalized aftercare plan helps individuals navigate the challenges of early sobriety and build a robust support network, reducing the risk of relapse.

Success Through Personalization
The success of custom-tailored recovery programs lies in their adaptability and focus on the individual. By considering the unique needs and circumstances of each person, these programs create a supportive, responsive environment that fosters genuine healing and growth. This personalized approach not only enhances the effectiveness of treatment but also empowers individuals to take an active role in their recovery journey.

BRIE WALKER
Partner, Operations
Brie's journey into the world of life coaching, recovery, and interventions is unique, deeply rooted in both rigorous analytical training and profound personal experience. She holds an engineering degree from Southern Methodist University, a background that instilled a disciplined, problem-solving approach. For years, she applied this precision as an executive specializing in Software/Data Engineering, with a particular focus on the healthcare industry. This provided her with extensive insight into the complexities of the healthcare system and the demands placed on professionals within it.

However, Brie's path also includes a deeply personal understanding of struggle and triumph. There was a time when she was broke, homeless, on the verge of divorce, and disowned by her family, grappling with severe mental health challenges and alcohol dependence. As a long-term domestic abuse survivor, she had lost all hope for a happy life. In 2018, she made the pivotal decision to reclaim her life and embark on the journey to mental wellness.
Today, Brie is not only sober but also happily married, with two beautiful, thriving daughters. This transformation fuels her passion for helping others find their own path to recovery and fulfillment.
She specializes in working with high-achieving professionals—doctors, attorneys, engineers—who, despite their outward success, are quietly battling mental health or substance abuse issues. Her unique blend of analytical thinking from an engineering background and extensive personal experience allows her to connect with and guide these individuals through their challenges. She also has a deep specialization in family and marriage counseling, drawing on personal experiences with a recovered addict husband and family members who have faced similar struggles. To further enhance the therapeutic process, she offers animal-assisted coaching with mini horses, goats, and dogs, providing a unique and comforting approach to healing.
